Learning format
Generally delivered as a two-day workshop, but completely customisable to your needs, The Coaching Clinic® training program is the most comprehensive coaching skills training for managers. - A two-day intensive experiential learning program
- Two half day coach's conferences scheduled at six weeks and twelve weeks following implementation to evaluate results, provide process troubleshooting, and celebrate success
