Brave Feedback

How to give feedback that moves people forward

Providing constructive feedback is an essential yet often underrated management skill. The growth and development of every person in your organisation depends on it. Your organisation’s success depends on it.

The real value of feedback stems from how truthful it is, how relevant it is and how constructive it is. If feedback is balanced, timely and specific it will create a desire to do more of what is working well and less of what isn’t.
On the other hand, a lack of genuine feedback leads to a lack of transparency, a lack of trust and a great waste of learning opportunities. The Brave Feedback Program is an interactive workshop that trains individuals in all the skills necessary for giving feedback.
If you are a director, manager, team leader, trainer, project manager or look after any staff, this course will equip you with the skills and knowledge to provide truly constructive feedback.
