Virginia works with large organisations to transform cultures, create engagement, and improve performance. She specialises in leadership development, in particular the conversation process, encouraging leaders to have the brave conversations needed to shift an organisation’s culture.
By creating an environment both for groups and individuals where it’s safe to take a risk, we deliver greater learning, greater insight and build a culture where people can engage their whole selves at work.
Virginia is also an expert independent facilitator, with vast experience guiding meetings, workshops and conferences to achieve desired outcomes. From a small executive team of five to a forum of 250 delegates, Virginia is skilled at engaging all members of the group and moving them together to agreed conclusions.
In addition to extensive coaching and education qualifications, Virginia brings her clients over 30 years of diversified leadership, execuutive coaching, facilitation, training and business experience with proven results. In the past
four years alone she has coached over 500 professionals, managers and leaders.
