From a small executive team of five to a TAFE NSW forum with 250 delegates, Virginia is skilled at engaging all members of the group and moving them together to agreed conclusions.

In addition to extensive coaching and education qualifications, Virginia brings her clients over 30 years of diversified leadership, executive coaching, facilitation, training and business experience with proven results. In the past three years alone, she has coached over 250 professionals, educators, educational managers, operational managers and leaders.

Virginia is a catalyst for transformation. Her strengths lie in developing trusting relationships, bringing clarity to any issue and creating concrete next steps, balancing support with challenge.
