- Group coaching. If you’re looking to provide the benefits of coaching across all levels of your organisation, group coaching can deliver significant results very cost effectively. With small groups of up to six people, we combine the benefits of individual coaching with the added advantage of group discussion and peer support
Format of coaching
Coaching formats are flexible and can be adapted to suit the individual or group. It could feature a combination of face-to-face meetings, scheduled phone calls, formal assessments or ad-hoc advice in between sessions.
